We were trying to get through the flashcards as quickly as possible during piano lessons last week when one of my students came across this flashcard and said the most hilarious thing instead of just 'Middle C & D':
"D & C. Oh! Like Doctor & Covenants! Or Covenants & Doctor since it's C & D."
It was the cutest thing I'd heard in a long time. Kids say the darndest things.
*the Doctrine & Covenants is a book of scripture we use in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
