We are excited to announce that Will has been promoted at work! The following email announcement was sent out to all work employees:
"We are excited to announce that Will Sykes has agreed to accept a new challenge as the Incident and Problem Tools Management (IPTM) Team Lead.
Will has demonstrated excellent leadership abilities, an understanding of work flow processes, concern for the overall success and health of the GSC, and a desire to assist when and where needed, among other things. We know that he will make the most of this new opportunity and look forward to seeing his continuing growth as he does so.
We know Will is going to be missed as a GSD Floor Supervisor. Please join us in congratulating him!"
Will's excited to be doing something new and different. I hope he likes his new position, which is more flexible than his previous positions.
